Two Papers on the fate of thermalization for polar molecules has been published by PRL and PRA

Our work on the Fate of hermalization of ultracold fermions with two-body dissipation lead by the Ph.D. student Xin-Yuan Gao from our group has been published by PRL. It also comes with a companion PRA paper Inelastic quantum Boltzmann equation of single-component Fermi gases for detailed analysis. It discusses the long time dynamics of a quantum system with two-body loss.
