Two Papers on the fate of thermalization for polar molecules has been published by PRL and PRA

Our work on the Fate of thermalization of ultracold fermions with two-body dissipation has been published by PRL. It also comes with a companion PRA paper Inelastic quantum Boltzmann equation of single-component Fermi gases for detailed analysis. It discusses the long time dynamics of a quantum system with two-body loss. Group member Xin-Yuan Gao is the first author.
